I’m a wife, mom of two, and a nurse with over 24 years of experience in healthcare. Over the years, I’ve seen just how powerful a healthy relationship with food can be, not just for physical health, but for overall well-being.
For a decade, I worked in a medically supervised weight loss program, helping people transform their habits, mindset, and health in sustainable ways. That experience sparked a passion in me to go deeper, beyond the “what to eat”, and support women in changing the way they think and feel about food.
Now, as a certified health and life wellness coach, I specialize in mindful and emotional eating. I help women recognize true hunger, break free from emotional patterns, and build a balanced relationship with food, one that supports real, lasting change.
